本文报告一个简便的合成4-吡啶甲醛的方法.4-甲基吡啶在硫黄与碳酸氢钠存在下,与盐酸氨基脲缩合,生成4-吡啶甲醛缩氨基脲.后者在稀盐酸中与二氧化硫作用转变成4-吡啶甲醛亚硫酸加成物和盐酸氨基脲.4-吡啶甲醛的总产率按4-吡啶甲醛亚硫酸加成物计算约47%.
This paper reports a simple method for the synthesis of 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde. 4-picoline in the presence of sulfur and sodium bicarbonate, and semicarbazide hydrochloride condensation, the formation of 4 - pyridine formaldehyde formaldehyde semicarbazone, the latter in dilute hydrochloric acid and sulfur dioxide The effect was converted to 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde sulfite adduct and semicarbazide hydrochloride.The overall yield of 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde was about 47% based on 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde sulfite adduct.
