对重载启动时激振力产生的原因和大小进行了理论分析,并利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对激振力变化规律进行了数值模拟分析,得到圆环链重载启动时产生的动载系数值,为各种圆环链提升和运输设备的动态设计与分析提供了理论依据。
The reason and size of the exciting force during heavy-load starting are analyzed theoretically. The variation of the exciting force is analyzed by finite element software LS-DYNA. The dynamic load Coefficient values, for a variety of circular chain lifting and transportation equipment dynamic design and analysis provide a theoretical basis.
