分别测试了25份陆地棉资源材料在盛蕾期、盛花期、盛铃期的叶绿素含量、单叶光合速率,统计分析结果表明:这25份材料3个重要时期叶绿素含量、单叶净光合速率存在差异,叶绿素含量和单叶净光合速率平均值最大的材料为ZX1789,最小的材料为E563;25份材料的叶绿素含量与其光合速率呈极显著的正相关。聚类分析将25份材料聚为两大类。筛选出ZX1789、ZX69、ZX242等高光合性能种质资源,其光合速率、叶绿素含量在盛蕾期、盛花期较高,盛铃期下降缓慢,可以作为高光效育种的新种质。
The chlorophyll content and leaf photosynthetic rate of 25 Upland cotton cultivars were measured at full bud stage, full flowering stage and full boll stage respectively. The results of statistical analysis showed that the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate There was a difference between the chlorophyll content and single leaf net photosynthesis rate of the largest average material ZX1789, the smallest material E563; 25 material chlorophyll content and its photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated. Cluster analysis grouped 25 materials into two broad categories. ZX1789, ZX69 and ZX242 were screened out and their photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content were higher in Shenglei stage, higher flowering stage and slower in Shengling stage, which could be regarded as new germplasm for high light efficiency breeding.
