1 工程概况φ2000mm排海管道工程是嘉兴市污水处理工程的一个重要组成部分。正常排放管总长2050m,管道内径φ2000mm,从高位井向大堤外顶进,出洞口管内底标高-20.23m,前1747.5m为下坡顶进,坡度-2.5‰,最后302.5m为平坡顶进,终点管内底标高-24.60m。采用F-B型钢承口式钢筋混凝土管,楔形橡胶圈接口,多层胶合板衬垫。在平坡段内设有16根内径φ380mm的扩散上升管,用垂直顶升工法施工。工程的地质情况:第④层为砂质粉土夹粉砂(灰色,饱和,稍密至中密,中等压缩性土,强度较高。顶板高程-13.70~-11.10m,层厚4.90~6.60m);第④a层为粉质粘土(饱和,流塑,局部分布,中等偏高压缩性土,强度一般,顶
