盛夏,不少人的食欲随着气温上升而下降。夏天通常又是人们体力消耗较大的季节,因此,多喝点汤对调节胃口,补充体液,增强食欲,极为有利。 汤的分类方法很多,从制汤的原料分有荤汤、素汤;从烹调上分有清汤、奶汤;从口味上分,有卤鲜、酸辣、胡辣、甜等。夏天天气炎热,汤应以清凉解渴为主,故其味应较为清淡。日常多见的汤有:鸡汤、肉汤、骨头汤、鱼头汤、海带汤、绿豆汤、蛋花汤、杂拌汤、米汤等
