本着因材施教的教学理念,根据学生已掌握的英语知识水平与知识结构对初三学生进行分层并实施不同的教学指导与管理。基础扎实能力好的学生能够掌握、延伸和拓展新知识;能力中等的学生立足基础知识的掌握,提高新知识的运用能力;基础薄弱能力差的学生以基础知识的学习为主要任务,培养自主学习的能力。分层教学使得全体学生的英语水平得到不同层次的提升。
