目的:应用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)灌注扫描成像技术评价正常人胰腺与胰腺癌的血流动力学表现,并探讨其临床应用价值.方法:胰腺癌组10例,正常胰腺组5例(志愿者).行多层螺旋CT胰腺灌注扫描.采用GE light speed16层CT电影模式(0.5·s-1),120kV,60mA,5mm×4;注射流率3.0mL·s-1,延迟5s,扫描时间50s.应用GE ADW 4.2工作站Perfusion 3灌注软件包分析,分别测量Qb,Vb,tmt和κps,采用t检验并进行统计学分析结果:所选受检者均获得满意的伪彩灌注图、灌注参数.胰腺癌组和正常胰腺组的灌注参数Qb、Vb、tmt和κps均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论:胰腺MSCT灌注成像为胰腺疾病的诊断提供了新方法,并且为治疗提供了新的理论依据.胰腺癌的血流灌注与正常胰腺的血流灌注相比明显减少,MSCT灌注成像对胰腺癌血流变化的分析有一定的临床应用价值.
