Objective: To investigate the effect of hand-washing disinfectant hand-washing on hand hygiene effect of outpatient nursing staff. Methods: From January 2017 to February 2017, 20 outpatients and nurses from MCHCC were selected and divided into control group (n = 10) and observation group (n = 10) by random number table. And hands-free hand sanitizer for hand hygiene intervention. The pass rate of hand-washing by hand nurses, the number of colonies in hand, the compliance rate of hand-washing behavior and the satisfaction degree of intervention were compared. Results: In the control group, the number of qualified hand-washing people in the control group was 5 and 5 respectively, and the pass rate of hand-washing was 50.00%. The number of qualified hand-washing staff in the observation group was 10 and 0 respectively, and the pass rate of hand-washing was 100.00% The passing rate of nursing staff was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The numbers of hand colonies in the control group and observation group were (0.51 ± 0.07) CFU / cm2 and (0.27 ± 0.04) CFU / cm2, (P <0.05). The number of hand-washing and actual hand-washing of nursing staff in control group were 3 481 times and 2 078 times respectively, the compliance rate of hand-washing behavior was 59.70%. The number of hand-washing times of nursing staff in observation group And the actual number of handwashings were 3 547 times and 3 295 times respectively, and the compliance rate of hand-washing behavior was 92.90%. The compliance rate of hand-washing behavior of nursing staff in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05); the nursing staff in control group was very satisfied with one case , Satisfactory in 4 cases, normal in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases, the intervention satisfaction was 50.00%. In the observation group, the nursing staff were very satisfied with the intervention in 7 cases, satisfied with 3 cases, generally 0 cases and poor in 0 cases, the intervention satisfaction was 100.00%. The intervention satisfaction of group nurses was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hand-washing disinfectant hand-washing for out-patient care workers can effectively improve the rate of hand-washing, reduce the number of hand colonies, improve the compliance of hand-washing, and help to improve the satisfaction of intervention.
