阐述了直流和交流电场对保护渣结晶过程的影响,并结合XRD以及矿相对其进行了分析。结果表明:在直流电场1~3V作用下,保护渣晶粒尺寸随电压升高而逐渐变大,而在交流电场1~3V作用下晶粒尺寸随电压升高而逐渐变小。直流和交流电场都能有效促进保护渣结晶,提高保护渣的结晶率。在电场作用下保护渣并没有生成新的物相,只是各种物相的析出量发生了改变。
The effects of DC and AC electric fields on the crystallization process of mold fluxes were described, and the relative XRD and ore relative analyzes were carried out. The results show that with the increase of voltage, the grain size of the slag increases with the increase of voltage under the action of 1 ~ 3V DC electric field. However, the grain size of the slag decreases with the increase of voltage under the action of 1 ~ 3V AC electric field. Both DC and AC electric fields can effectively promote the crystallization of mold flux and improve the crystallization rate of mold flux. Under the action of the electric field, the mold flux does not generate a new phase, but the amount of precipitation of various phases has changed.
