目的 :总结小C臂X光机 (OEC96 0 0 )在基层医院进行冠脉介入性诊疗的体会。方法 :在小C臂X光机下按常规进行 93例冠脉造影 (CAG) ,并对后期 13例有适应证者行经皮冠脉介入治疗 (PCI)。结果 :93例CAG病人中 ,5 8例发现有意义病变 ,除 5例发生穿刺局部血肿外无其它并发症。 13例PCI病人中 ,以经皮冠脉成形术 (PTCA)处理病变 18处 ,置入支架 14枚 ,全部成功。 2例因局部血肿致下肢疼痛 ,2个月后消失 ,1例 7个月后可疑再狭窄。结论 :基层医院可利用小C臂X光机部分开展冠脉介入性诊疗技术
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of small C-arm X-ray machine (OEC9600) in primary PCI. Methods: Ninety-three patients underwent coronary angiography (CAG) under a small C-arm X-ray machine and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) underwent indications for the latter 13 patients. Results: Of 93 CAG patients, 58 cases found significant lesions, except for 5 cases of local hematoma puncture without complications. Among 13 PCI patients, 18 lesions were treated by percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and 14 were stents, all of which were successful. 2 cases of leg pain due to local hematoma, disappeared after 2 months, 1 case of suspected restenosis after 7 months. Conclusion: Primary C-arm X-ray machines can be used to carry out coronary interventional diagnosis and treatment
