四、规划建设4.1下水道和共同沟巴黎市区及郊区的下水道总长已达约2340 km。巴黎下水道局隶属于城市环保局,负责巴黎市内管道的日常管理,包括维修清扫和搜索抢救。巴黎的地下水道由于建成时间久远,管道的老旧腐蚀及土壤塌陷等风险隐患也不断影响管道的运行发展。2003年巴黎市制定为期20年的下水道修复计划,分长期、中期和短期组织施工,从而为管道消隐和防范事故创造了条件(图1)。 IV. PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION 4.1 Sewer and Common Ditch The total length of sewer in urban and suburban areas of Paris has reached about 2,340 km. The Paris Sewer Authority, affiliated with the Urban Environmental Protection Agency, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the pipes in the city of Paris, including maintenance and cleaning and search and rescue. Due to the long time of completion of the underground watercourse in Paris, the hidden dangers of pipeline corrosion, such as old corrosion and soil collapse, have also continuously affected the operation and development of the pipeline. In 2003, the Paris Municipality formulated a sewer rehabilitation plan for 20 years, which was divided into long-term, medium-term and short-term organizational construction, thus creating the conditions for pipeline blanking and accident prevention (Figure 1).
