预应力钢筋混凝土薄板装配式房屋就是选择合理的薄板构造使混凝土的高强度得到充分利用,用较轻的混凝土板承受较大的荷载,从而减轻建筑自重,节约用材。经过一年多的试验研究,我们选择了下述 A 型和 B 型两种薄板为试验性推广的墙体材料。并且在湖南省设计院参加下,用 A 型薄板设计建造了一幢三层试验房屋(图1),用 B 型薄板设计建造了湘潭宾馆二层的职工宿舍(图2),为发展轻型墙体材料提出一个新课题。
The prestressed reinforced concrete thin-plate prefabricated house is a reasonable choice of thin-plate structure to make full use of high-strength concrete, lighter concrete slabs to withstand greater loads, thus reducing the weight of the building and saving materials. After more than one year of experimental research, we chose the following A-type and B-type sheets as experimentally promoted wall materials. And with the participation of the Hunan Provincial Design Institute, a three-story experimental house was designed and constructed with A-type sheet (Figure 1). The staff dormitory of the second floor of Xiangtan Hotel was designed and constructed with a B-type sheet (Figure 2) to develop a lightweight wall. Body materials pose a new topic.
