医学研究表明,草莓和其它水果中的有机酸,如草莓的根、叶和果实中包含的有机鞣花酸,可防治某些化学物质引起的癌症.美国农业部农业研究署的植物病理学家马斯,曾检测了40个草莓品种,确证草莓中鞣花酸含量相当丰富,大约为0.25%.据悉,目前美国农业研究署的科学家正在研究鞣花酸在草莓中的遗传方式,以便培育出鞣花酸含量更高的草莓品种.
Medical research shows that organic acids like strawberries and other organic ellagic acids, such as organic ellagic acid contained in the roots, leaves and fruits of strawberries, can prevent cancers caused by certain chemicals.A phytopathologist at the USDA Agricultural Research Institute Masi, who has tested 40 varieties of strawberries, confirms that the ellagic acid content in strawberries is quite high, about 0.25% .According to reports, scientists at the U.S. Agency for Agricultural Research are currently studying ellagic acid in strawberry heredity in order to breed Ellagic acid content of strawberry varieties.
