目的探讨室速与室速风暴对自主神经功能的影响。方法对120例高血压伴室速患者(室速组73例、室速风暴组47例)与60例正常对照者行24h动态心电图(DCG)检查,计算HRT的两个量化指标:震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),以及心率变异指数(HRVI),并进行分析比较。结果室速组、室速风暴组与正常组比较,HRT和HRV均异常,且差异有统计学意义(p<0.001)。室速组和室速风暴组之间HRT无显著性差异,而HRV有显著性差异(p<0.05)。室速阵次与TO负相关(r=-0.099,p>0.05),与TS正相关(r=0.068,P>0.05),与HRVI正相关(r=0.317,p<0.05)。结论室速组和室速风暴组患者都存在自主神经功能失衡。两组之间比较患者自主神经功能失衡和室速的阵次受外源性影响更加明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of ventricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia on autonomic nervous system function. Methods 120 cases of patients with hypertension and ventricular tachycardia (73 cases in the VT group and 47 cases in the VT group) and 60 normal controls were examined by 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG), and the two quantitative indexes of HRT were calculated: initial shock ( TO) and concussion slope (TS), as well as heart rate variability index (HRVI), and analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the normal group, the HRT and HRV in the VT and VTT groups were abnormal, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.001). There was no significant difference in HRT between VT and VT, but HRV was significantly different (p <0.05). VT was negatively correlated with TO (r = -0.099, p> 0.05), positively correlated with TS (r = 0.068, P> 0.05) and positively correlated with HRVI (r = 0.317, p <0.05). Conclusions Autonomic dysfunction exists in both VT and VT patients. Comparison of the two groups of patients with autonomic dysfunction and ventricular ejection rate of more affected by exogenous.
