2013年度,我县科学运用考核机制,对教育、卫生、畜牧、交通等系统的115家事业单位开展了绩效考核工作,准确评价了事业单位的工作开展情况,加强了对事业单位的监督管理,提升了事业单位服务质量和水平。一、发挥科室职能,健全考核指标体系一是设立了专门的业务科室。经县编委同意,2012年,在县事业单位登记管理局设立了考核科,具体负责全县事业单位的绩效考核工作,配备了科长和2名工作人员。
