小学数学是新课程改革的重要科目之一,新课程改革对小学数学教学质量提出了更高的要求,它要求教师重新审视课堂教学,以学生为中心,注重师生互动、生生互动,促进课堂动态生成。但是新课程改革的实施也并不是一帆风顺的,在实践过程中遇到了很多的问题。例如,课堂动态生成过于形式、学生答非所问等。针对这些情况,老师要提高自身的水平和课堂的应变能力,做好预设,设计真实有效的教学情境,真正把学生带入到动态的课堂中;正确面对学生的答非所问,耐心引导,既不伤害学生的自信又能使学生意识到自己的问题所在;利用丰富多样的教学形式和内容,激发学生兴趣,创新课堂教学,进行有效的教学。
