目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中7种常见金属元素的分析方法,了解武汉市水质状况。方法样品经过膜过滤、酸化(2%HNO3)处理后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer,ICP-MS)进行分析,选择混合内标校正非质谱干扰。结果该方法线性良好,相关系数r2均大于0.9998。方法检出限0.0006~0.015μg/L,定量限0.0020~0.050μg/L。各元素加标回收率在84.3%~104.5%之间,测定结果相对标准偏差RSD在0.72%~6.89%之间。实验室比对分析结果令人满意。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,能适用于水中多种金属元素的测定。
Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of seven common metal elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to understand the water quality in Wuhan. Methods After membrane filtration and acidification (2% HNO3), the samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) and mixed internal standard was selected to correct the non-MS interference. Results The method was linear and the correlation coefficients r2 were all greater than 0.9998. The detection limit was 0.0006 ~ 0.015μg / L and the limit of quantification was 0.0020 ~ 0.050μg / L. The spiked recoveries of various elements ranged from 84.3% to 104.5%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 0.72% and 6.89%. Laboratory comparison analysis results are satisfactory. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be applied to the determination of various metal elements in water.
