目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定暑湿清软胶囊中香荆芥酚、百里香酚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(50∶50)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长280nm,柱温30℃。结果:香荆芥酚、百里香酚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚线性范围分别为0.106~1.06μg(r=0.9997),0.049~0.49μg(r=0.9998),0.163~1.63μg(r=0.9999),0.445~4.45μg(r=0.9998);平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.62%(RSD=0.97%),99.23%(RSD=0.56%),100.1%(RSD=0.90%),98.88%(RSD=0.98%)。结论:本方法简单、可靠,专属性强,可以作为控制暑湿清软胶囊质量的方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the contents of citronella, thymol, honokiol and magnolol in Shushiqing soft capsule. METHODS: A C18 column (200mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (50:50) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 280nm, and the column temperature was 30°C. RESULTS: The linear ranges of citronella, thymol, honokiol and honokiol were 0.106-1.06 μg (r=0.9997), 0.049-0.49 μg (r=0.9998), and 0.163-1.63 μg, respectively (r=0.9999 ), 0.445 to 4.45 μg (r=0.9998); the average recoveries (n=6) were 99.62% (RSD=0.97%), 99.23% (RSD=0.56%), and 100.1% (RSD=0.90%), respectively. % (RSD = 0.98%). Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, and highly specific. It can be used as a method to control the quality of Shushiqingruo Capsule.
