一例患急性髓系白血病的男性患者输注了混合血小板,该血小板于Optipress系统制备,保存期最后一天被输用在输入2/3后,患者出现虚脱。在事件发生的18小时内,从血小板袋中分离出产气荚膜梭状芽胞杆菌。除以前开始使用的广谱抗生素之外,又加用了灭滴灵、庆大霉素、梭菌抗血清。然而,患者在输入血小板后4天死亡,作了尸检。死因是心血管休克。与无法治疗的菌血症和脓毒症的症状极为相似。随后在调查中,在混合血小板的一名供者的手臂穿刺部位,培养分离出了A型产气荚膜梭状芽胞杆菌、血清型为PS68、PS80(与血小板袋中的细菌血清
One male patient with acute myeloid leukemia was infused with pooled platelets prepared on the Optipress system and delivered on 2/3 of the last day of storage for collapse.
