用真空蒸发工艺制备了NixAg1-x颗粒膜,在不同温度下研究了磁性和磁电阻与热处理温度和成分的关系。发现,在Ag基质中,制备态膜的Ni颗粒很小,电镜分析看不出Ni的fcc结构,经200℃×10min退火可以看到Nifcc衍射环。在1.5K磁电阻可达9%,饱和磁化强度约52±3emu/g.
NixAg1-x granular films were prepared by vacuum evaporation process. The relationship between magnetic and magnetoresistance and heat treatment temperature and composition was studied at different temperatures. It was found that the Ni particles in the Ag matrix were small and the fcc structure of Ni was not observed by electron microscopy. The Nifcc diffracting ring was observed after annealing at 200 ℃ for 10 min. In 1.5K magnetic resistance up to 9% saturation magnetization of about 52 ± 3emu / g.
