以聚乳酸和淀粉(20∶1,质量比)为载体基材,以抗生素氟苯尼考为载药对象,制备了具有缓释作用的渔用氟苯尼考聚乳酸药丸。采用电镜扫描、红外光谱、紫外-分光光度仪及高效液相色谱对该药丸的物理形貌、缓释性能及药理性质等进行了检测分析。结果表明:所制备药丸内具有均匀分布的多孔结构,孔与孔之间连通性良好,孔隙率为72.5%±1.2%;在海水中漂浮和浸没两种状态下,96 h后的释放值分别为0.28±0.02和0.42±0.03 mg/L,缓释效果明显。在浙江宁波象山港大黄鱼养殖场,采用每条体重约500 g的大黄鱼进行了载体聚乳酸的毒性试验、药丸的缓释效果及氟苯尼考残留检测等实际应用探索,结果证明该药丸无明显毒副作用,在鱼体内具有缓释作用。
Taking polylactic acid and starch (20: 1, mass ratio) as the carrier substrate, the antibiotic Florfenicol was used as the drug-loading target, and the florfenicol polylactic acid-containing fishing pellets with the sustained-release effect were prepared.
