保坍缓凝剂的研究是近年来国内外混凝土技术研究的几个热点之一。自主设计研发的混凝土超缓凝剂保坍、缓凝效果优良,一定程度上可改善混凝土和易性,提高混凝土28d抗压强度,降低水泥水化最高温升,减少混凝土收缩。特别适用于大体积、超大超长桩基等对混凝土水化温升、凝结时间及收缩有特殊要求的工程。微观分析表明,超缓凝剂严重抑制了水泥中C3S和C3A两种主要矿物的早期水化,但是对水泥中后期水化无明显影响。

Micro-analysis shows that the super-retarder severely inhibits the early hydration of C3S and C3A in cement, but has no obvious effect on hydration in the middle-late stage of cement.
