本文报告应用多元线性回归分析,探讨了布鲁氏菌素皮内变态反应与血清学反应之间的关系,并在此基础上初步建立了两者之间的回归数学模型(Y=-21.86303+7.20668x_1+6.34513x_2)。结果表明:布鲁氏菌素皮内变态反应与SAT和Coomb's血清学反应均存在线性回归和相关关系(P<0.01),复相关系数(R_r.12)为0.83293(P<0.01),偏相关系数分别为0.56(r_1r.2)(P<0.01)和 0.5124(r_2r.1)(P<0.01)。
This paper reports the use of multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationship between brucellin intradermal allergy and serological response, and based on this preliminary established between the two regression mathematical model (Y = -21.86303 + 7.20668x_1 + 6.34513x_2). The results showed that there was a linear regression and correlation between brucellin intradermal allergy and SAT and Coomb’s serological response (P <0.01), the complex correlation coefficient (R_r.12) was 0.83293 (P <0.01) The partial correlation coefficients were 0.56 (r_1r.2) (P <0.01) and 0.5124 (r_2r.1) respectively (P <0.01).
