以高速铁路客运专线牵引供电项目建设为背景,提出了高速铁路牵引供电系统可靠性-可用性-可维护性-安全性(RAMS)评估的5个层次HL1~HL5。然后针对HL1的可靠性评估,以高速铁路所有牵引变电站的供电可靠性和铁路的通过能力为评估对象,建立了在考虑越区供电前提下外部电力系统对高速铁路牵引供电的RAMS评估模型,推导了供电可靠性指标和铁路通过能力对电力系统元件可靠性参数的解析表达式和灵敏度表达式。以IEEERTS79给一条高速铁路供电为例,给出了可靠性评估和灵敏度分析的结果,确定了该系统的薄弱环节,验证了所提出的模型和算法的正确性。
Taking the construction of traction power supply project of high-speed railway passenger dedicated line as the background, five levels HL1-HL5 of reliability-availability-maintainability-safety (RAMS) evaluation of high-speed railway traction power supply system are proposed. Then, according to the reliability evaluation of HL1, the reliability assessment of the power supply reliability of all the traction substations in high-speed railway and the passing capacity of the railway are taken as the assessment objects, and a RAMS evaluation model of traction power supply for the high-speed railway by the external power system is established The analytical expression and the sensitivity expression of reliability parameters of power system components and reliability indexes of railway and railway passing capacity are given. Taking IEEERTS79 to power a high-speed railway as an example, the results of reliability assessment and sensitivity analysis are given. The weaknesses of the system are confirmed, and the correctness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified.
