本义选用右旋糖酐作抗原诱发小鼠IgA免疫复合物性肾小球肾炎。光镜下,肾小球系膜区增宽;荧光镜下,肾小球内有颗粒状IgA免疫复合物沉积,部分鼠伴IgG沉积;显微分光光度计测定IgA荧光强变,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);电镜下,系膜基质内有电子致密物沉积,系膜细胞呈轻度增生及吞噬现象;尿蛋白定性试验阳性。
