光伏发电本身有别于常规能源,为了更好更全面地分析和评估光伏发电所面临的各种风险,降低不必要的损失,结合光伏电站的实际情况并通过分析几种常用的多准则评价方法,构建了包含5个一级指标、15个二级指标的光伏发电投资风险的评价指标体系;采用ISM模型对其进行定性分析,采用ANP法确定权重进行定量分析;引入兼容度和差异度,将ANP/PROMETHEE法与TOPSIS法和罗马利亚选择法进行了比较,通过实例论证了该方法的有效性。
