主要结合我校烹饪专业学生英语学习的现状,探讨了如何采用情景式教学方法开展双语教学,以增强学生英语学习的积极性,提高其英语成绩及会话水平,使其成为高素质的具有国际化视野的人才。
Based on the present situation of cooking major students in our university, this paper discusses how to use situational teaching method to carry out bilingual teaching in order to enhance students’ enthusiasm in English learning and improve their English achievement and conversation level, making them high-quality and internationalized Talents.
