青年就业是青年认识社会、独立于社会的必经之路,也是我们全面认识和研究当代青年行为价值取向的窗口。无认是已经就业、刚刚就业或即将就业的青年都将面临着职业的选择或再选择,他们对各种职业的评价以及择业时所考虑的诸多因素,不仅影响其就业问题的顺利解决,完成青年社会化过程,同时也关系到现有就业机制调整、企业管理制度的改革及社会稳定。本文拟从青年发展的角度,就青年择业出现的新态势进行分析探讨,以助于青年树立正确的择业观。
Youth employment is the only way for youth to understand society and independence from society. It is also a window through which we can fully understand and study the value orientation of contemporary youth. There is no denying that they are already employed. Young people who have just started their employment or are about to face employment will face career choices or reselections. Their evaluation of various occupations and many factors considered in their career choices will not only affect the smooth resolution of their employment problems, The socialization process of youth also affects the adjustment of existing employment mechanisms, the reform of the enterprise management system and social stability. This article intends to analyze and discuss the new situation of young people’s career choice from the perspective of youth development so as to help young people to establish a correct career choice outlook.
