青年就业是青年认识社会、独立于社会的必经之路,也是我们全面认识和研究当代青年行为价值取向的窗口。无认是已经就业、刚刚就业或即将就业的青年都将面临着职业的选择或再选择,他们对各种职业的评价以及择业时所考虑的诸多因素,不仅影响其就业问题的顺利解决,完成青年社会化过程,同时也关系到现有就业机制调整、企业管理制度的改革及社会稳定。本文拟从青年发展的角度,就青年择业出现的新态势进行分析探讨,以助于青年树立正确的择业观。 Youth employment is the only way for youth to understand society and independence from society.
