本文采用文献资料法、测试法等方法,通过对西安科技大学126名网上选课参加啦啦操专项体育课的女生锻炼前与锻炼后的身体形态与身体素质的状况进行分析。结果表明:长期参加啦啦操锻炼能够从一定程度上减轻女大学生的体重,有效防止了女生腰、腹、臀、大腿围的皮脂增加,可以有效的提高女生的柔韧性与协调性,力量、耐力、速度也明显提高,但身高与小腿围几乎没有大的变化。总之,啦啦操锻炼可以有效改善女生的身体形态与素质,保持健美的体型,还可以促进生长发育,有利于健康。
In this paper, the methods of literature review and test are adopted to analyze the body shape and physical condition of 126 female college students taking part in the cheerleading special physical education classes before and after exercise. The results showed that long-term participation in cheerleading exercise can reduce female college students’ weight to a certain extent, effectively prevent sebaceous increase of waist, abdomen, buttocks and thighs of girls, and can effectively improve the flexibility and coordination of girls, Stamina, the speed is also significantly improved, but the height and calf circumference almost no major changes. In short, cheerleading exercise can effectively improve the body shape and quality of girls, maintain a fit body size, but also can promote growth and development, is conducive to health.
