本文分析了新疆食管癌高发区托里县哈萨克族(简称哈族)71例和汉族31例染色体自发崎变频率;哈族分为少年组(14-16岁)、青年组(19-26岁)、中老年组(45-67岁),细胞畸变率分别为2.00%、2.47%、3.50%;后者明显高于前两者(P<0.05),哈族少年组明显高于汉族少年组的1.29%(P<0.05)。我们认为染色体自发畸变率的年龄差异可能由于青少年对染色体的损伤有较高的修复能力,而老年人群由于机体细胞遗传学障碍,DNA修复机能降低导致了染色体畸变率增高。至于染色体畸变的民族间差异,本文作了初步的探讨。
This paper analyzes the frequency of spontaneous chromosome aberrations in 71 cases of Kazak nationality (Kazakh ethnic group) and 31 cases of Han nationality in Toli County, a high incidence area of esophageal cancer in Xinjiang. The Kazakh ethnic group is divided into junior group (14-16 years old) and youth group (19-26 years old). In the middle-aged group (45-67 years old), the cell aberration rates were 2.00%, 2.47%, and 3.50%, respectively; the latter was significantly higher than the former two (P<0.05). The Kazakh teenagers group was significantly higher than the Han teenagers group. 1.29% (P<0.05). We believe that the age-related difference in the rate of spontaneous chromosome aberrations may be due to adolescents’ high ability to repair chromosome damage. In the elderly population, due to the cytogenetic disorders of the body, the decrease of DNA repair function leads to an increase in the rate of chromosomal aberrations. As for the ethnic differences in chromosome aberrations, this article made a preliminary discussion.
