研究由CaO、Al_2O_3、硅藻土组成的复合添加剂及其对生物质成型燃料灰分特性的影响。结果表明:复合添加剂中Ca、Al、Si最佳的物质的量之比为1∶2∶1;复合添加剂各成分及燃料成分之间发生化学反应,生成KAlSiO_4等熔点较高的物质。把大部分的碱金属控制在底灰中,可减少受热面上的沉积量,克服单一添加剂产生的问题,但复合添加剂未完全阻止低熔点钾盐的生成,会改变Cl的赋存形式,因此彻底解决沉积和腐蚀问题还应进一步确定复合添加剂的添加量。
The effects of composite additives composed of CaO, Al 2 O 3 and diatomaceous earth on the ash characteristics of biomass molding fuels were studied. The results show that the optimum ratio of Ca, Al and Si in the composite additive is 1: 2: 1. The chemical components of the composite additive and the fuel components react to form a higher melting point substance such as KAlSiO 4. Controlling most of the alkali metals in the bottom ash reduces the amount of deposits on the heated surface and overcomes the problems associated with a single additive, but the complex additive does not completely prevent the formation of low-melting potassium salts and changes the occurence of Cl Complete settlement and corrosion problems should be further identified the amount of composite additives added.
