做好重大突发事件报道,不仅是媒体责任感的体现,也是媒体坚持正确舆论导向以及追求最佳传播效果和媒体竞争的需要。媒体要在依托和完善新闻发布制度的基础上,积极有效地引导舆论,准确、及时、客观、全面地进行报道,要制定灵活的、阶段性的报道方案,充分发挥自身特有的社会功能。
Doing a good job in reporting major emergencies is not only an expression of the media’s sense of responsibility, but also a need of the media to uphold the correct guidance of public opinion and to seek the best dissemination of results and media competition. The media should rely on and improve the press release system, based on the positive and effective guidance of public opinion, accurate, timely, objective and comprehensive reporting, to develop flexible and phased reporting programs, give full play to their unique social functions.
