本文分为两部分。第一部分是运用电子计算机,进行压缩过程中可变喉口截面予燃室中气体流动的计算,分析了可变喉口截面予燃室主要结构参数对主、付燃烧室压力变化、喉口气流速度和节流损失大小的影响,并导出相应的结论。第二部分是叙述在高增压单缸试验机上进行的37个方案对比试验的结果,并由此总结出可变喉口截面予燃室的最佳结构参数的范围,为设计提供依据。试验表明,在p_1=l7.25kg/cm~2时,应用小直径喷嘴的可变喉口截面予燃室,在比油耗排温略有降低时,可比常规产品予燃室爆压下降17kg/cm~2(约13%)之多;在应用大直径喷嘴时,在爆压、排温略有降低时,比油耗可下降4—8g/ps.h。(约3.5%),并且负荷特性上比油耗曲线极为平坦。
This article is divided into two parts. The first part is the calculation of gas flow in pre-combustion chamber with variable throat section during the compression process by computer. The main structural parameters of pre-combustion chamber with variable throat section are analyzed. Speed and throttling loss size, and derive the corresponding conclusions. The second part describes the results of 37 schemes on high-pressure single-cylinder testing machine and concludes the range of optimal structural parameters of variable throat section pre-combustion chamber, which provides the basis for design. The experiment shows that when p_1 = l7.25kg / cm ~ 2, the variable throat cross-section pre-combustion chamber with small diameter nozzle can reduce the explosion pressure of conventional chamber to 17kg / cm ~ 2 (about 13%). When the large diameter nozzle is used, the specific fuel consumption can be reduced by 4-8g / ps.h when the explosion pressure and temperature drop slightly. (About 3.5%), and the load characteristics of fuel consumption curve is extremely flat.
