加强医院管理,必须辩证地处理好量和质的关系。诸如门诊、病房工作量,病床周转率,病床工作日、治愈率、病死率以及药品、器械的消耗等,都要通过量(数据)具体的体现出质来。一个医院管理水平的高低,量是一面镜子。各种量的数据齐全、准确、报告及时,往往又为制订计划,人力、物力、财力布局,消耗定额,效果(包括经济方面的)考核,分析医疗护理质量,明确科研攻关方向提供出可靠的科学依据。当前一些医院重点抓了一下经济方面的工作是无可非议的。但仅仅着眼于病床利用率、治愈率……是远远不够的。要“量”“质”并重,
