目的 探讨糖尿病微循环障碍与血清同型半胱氮酸的关系。方法糖尿病患者63例,健康对照组23例,分别观察甲襞微循环的变化及测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果糖尿病甲襞微循环积分及血清同型半胱氨酸水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且甲襞微循环总积分与血清同型半胱氨酸水平呈正相关关系。结论 糖尿病微循环障碍与血清同型半胱氨酸有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetic microcirculation disorder and serum homocysteine. Methods Sixty-three patients with diabetes mellitus and twenty-three healthy subjects were included in the study. The changes of microcirculation and serum homocysteine levels were observed. Results The scores of urinary microcirculation and serum homocysteine were both significantly higher (P <0.01), and the total score of microcirculation was positively correlated with the level of serum homocysteine. Conclusions Diabetic microcirculation disorder is closely related to serum homocysteine.
