目的了解乌鲁木齐市26家医院乙类大型医用设备的配置现状,为制定乌鲁木齐市乙类大型医用设备规划提供客观依据。方法对乌鲁木齐市26家医院乙类大型医用设备配置现状进行调查,并填写相应调查表,数据采用Excel录入,进行统计描述。结果截至2010年,被调查的乌鲁木齐市26家医院拥有22台CT、7台MRI、6台DSA、4台SPECT、3台LA。2006-2010年年增长率约为4.2%~58.3%,配置数呈上升增长趋势,MRI、DSA、LA和SPECT每千平方公里拥有量分别为0.642台、0.550台、0.275台和0.367台,设备区域分布不合理。CT平均每台检查病人数为12 199人次,平均每台阳性检出率为73.10%。结论目前乌鲁木齐市乙类大型医用设备虽然增长速度较快,幅度较大且设备配置比较齐全,但设备增长不稳定,分布不均衡,区域分布不合理且配置水平较全国水平较低,因此仍有配置空间。
Objective To understand the configuration status of large-scale medical equipment of Class B in 26 hospitals in Urumqi and to provide an objective basis for the planning of large-scale medical equipment of Class B in Urumqi. Methods Investigate the current status of large-scale medical equipment configuration of Class B hospitals in 26 hospitals in Urumqi, and fill in the corresponding questionnaires. The data are input by Excel and described statistically. Results As of 2010, there were 22 CTs, 7 MRIs, 6 DSA, 4 SPECT and 3 LA in 26 hospitals in Urumqi investigated. The annual growth rate from 2006 to 2010 was about 4.2% ~ 58.3%, with the number of configurations increasing and increasing. The ownership of MRI, DSA, LA and SPECT was 0.642, 0.550, 0.275 and 0.367 respectively. The equipment Regional distribution is not reasonable.
