采用金相检验及断口分析等方法对DN400输水用球墨铸铁管断后伸长率偏低的原因进行了分析。结果表明,DN400输水用球墨铸铁管断后伸长率不合格的原因是球墨铸铁球化不良及石墨漂移所致。
The reasons for the low elongation after ductile iron ductile iron pipe for DN400 water conveyance were analyzed by metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The results show that the reason for the unacceptable elongation of ductile iron pipe for DN400 water conveyance is that the nodular cast iron has bad nodularity and graphite drift.
