通过对微细粒贫赤铁矿进行非等温动力学研究,考察其反应控速环节,并探究反应配碳量及升温速率对还原过程的影响,研究结果表明:还原过程由界面反应控制;配碳量增加及升温速率提高均对还原反应起促进作用;碱金属盐对还原具有催化作用,降低了反应活化能。
The non-isothermal kinetics of fine lean hematite ore was investigated to investigate the reaction rate control and to explore the effect of carbon content and heating rate on the reduction process. The results show that the reduction process is controlled by interfacial reaction, The increase of the amount and the increase of the heating rate all promote the reduction reaction. The alkali metal salt has a catalytic effect on the reduction and reduces the activation energy of the reaction.
