本文以SCO Unix 5.0.5为例,介绍网卡的安装、调试及注意事项,供读者参考。 一、安装网卡驱动程序 SCO Unix 5.0.5操作系统内部集成了数十种网卡驱动程序,大部分网卡都可在其中找到与其类型相匹配的驱动程序。但也有一些网卡,如D_Link系列网卡,需要另外安装其自带的网卡驱动软件,安装方法如下: 在Unix下以root身份注册,在“＃”提示符下键入“custom”或“scoadminsoft”,按“Enter”键,进入“软件管理”主菜单,选择“software”子菜单中的“addnew software”选项来安装网卡驱动程序。 二、配置网卡 启动系统进入单用户维护方式,或在多用户状态下执行“init 1”命令,将系统切换到单用户状态,在“＃”提示符下键入“scoadmin network”或“netconfig”命
