建立了柱前衍生化HPLC-荧光法测定5-氨基酮戊酸。以荧光胺为荧光衍生化试剂,使用C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸溶液(30︰70)为流动相,激发波长和发射波长为398和480 nm。5-氨基酮戊酸在0.047 5~47.5 g/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.46%。
A pre-column derivatization HPLC-fluorescence method was established for the determination of 5-aminolevulinic acid. Fluorescent amine was used as the fluorescence derivatization reagent. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid solution (30:70) using C18 column with excitation and emission wavelengths of 398 and 480 nm. 5-aminolevulinic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.047 5 ~ 47.5 g / ml. The recovery was 99.2% with a RSD of 1.46%.
