在 1996和 1997年 ,在温室采用卵接法和病土接种法 ,测定 6 5份烟草种质资源对南方根结线虫1号小种和爪哇根结线虫的抗病性。其中 ,16份抗南方根结线虫 1号小种 ,2 5份中抗南方根结线虫 1号小种 ;仅有 Va10 2中抗爪哇根结线虫 ;经田间试验测定 10份烟草种质资源对花生根结线虫 2号小种的抗病性 ,CF954对花生根结线虫 2号小种表现中抗。本文还研究了卵接法和病土接种法对测定品种抗性的差别 ,结果表明二者无显著差异。
In 1996 and 1997, egg resistance and soil inoculation were used in greenhouse to determine the resistance of 65 germplasm resources to Meloidogyne incognito (1) and Meloidogyne javanica. Among them, 16 were resistant to Meloidogyne incognita 1 and 25 were resistant to Meloidogyne incognita 1; only Va10 2 was resistant to Meloidogyne incognita; 10 pairs of tobacco germplasm Resistance of peanut root-knot nematode race 2, CF954 showed resistance to race 2 of peanut root-knot nematode. In this paper, we also studied the difference between the resistance of tested varieties and the methods of inoculation and soil inoculation. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.
