[目的]观察炎琥宁粉针剂治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。[方法]婴幼儿急性腹泻患儿100例,随机分成2组,治疗组68例在常规治疗的基础上,应用炎琥宁粉针剂5～10mg/(kg.d)联合胃肠黏膜保护剂思密达治疗;对照组32例,应用病毒唑注射液10～15mg/(kg.d)联合思密达治疗,比较2组疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率94.1%,对照组62.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]炎琥宁粉针剂治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效显著,未见不良反应。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Yan-Hun-Ning injection in treating infantile diarrhea. [Methods] 100 infants with acute diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (68 cases) was treated with 5 ~ 10mg / (kg.d) of Yanhuoning injection combined with gastrointestinal mucosal protective agent Mita treatment; control group of 32 cases, the application of ribavirin injection 10 ~ 15mg / (kg.d) combined with Smectite treatment, the efficacy of two groups were compared. [Results] The total effective rate was 94.1% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Yanhuning injection can effectively treat diarrhea in infants and young children with no adverse reactions.
