很多企业花了大量的人力、物力、财力来开展教育培训工作,但是培训效果却难以令人满意,如何创新培训工作,提高培训效果,成为企业教育培训工作面临的一个重要课题。企业的组织学习能力是企业竞争取胜的“法宝”。企业的资金和设备可以引进,而员工素养、企业文化氛围、团队意识、企业精神却不是靠引进能够解决的,必须通过全方位、多层次、经常化的“自我造血”和教育培训来提高。当前,很多企业花了大量的人力、物力、财力来开展教育培训工作,但是培训效果却难以令人满意,如何创新培训工作,提高培训效果,成为企业教育培训工作面临的一个重要课题。
