本文对钨系及钨铬合金白口铸铁在金属杂质泵叶轮低应力冲蚀磨料磨损条件下的失效进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,金属杂质泵叶轮低应力冲蚀磨料磨损是磨料磨损、腐蚀磨损和气蚀磨损综合进行的过程,是仍以磨粒的机械切削为主,而腐蚀磨损占有相当的比重,並兼有气蚀破坏。三者之间是相互联系、相互促进的,腐蚀磨损加剧了磨料磨损,而磨料磨损促进腐蚀磨损,磨料磨损与腐蚀磨损诱导了气蚀磨损的形成和发展,而气蚀破坏又促进了磨料磨损和腐蚀磨损。
In this paper, the failure of tungsten-based and tungsten-chromium alloy white cast iron under low-stress abrasion of metal impurity pump impeller was studied.
