授权型领导是领导通过放权于不同人格特质的员工而做出的领导对策,并且也会在一定程度上影响员工的组织公民行为.而根据社会交换理论,本文也建立了一种以集体主动性人格为调节作用的授权式领导方式对组织公民行为的影响模式.本文对203名公司人员的调研问卷数据进行了实证分析,研究结果显示:授权型领导在组织公民行为与主动人格间形成了正面的积极影响;而主动人格则在授权型领导与组织公民行为间形成了明显的正面调节作用.调研结论进一步证实了授权型领导风格对公司员工积极行动的正面影响,为公司领导层在人员的管理方面提供了理论的支撑和
