水电工程物资采购管理工作是一项围绕降低成本和规避风险而进行的管理工作,是企业内部控制成本的关键环节之一。它的好坏将直接影响工程成本。因此,水电工程物资采购管理工作必须建立自我约束机制和监督体系,完善采购管理制度和控制制度,培养一批思想好、业务精的高素质采购人才,充分发挥物资部门在采购管理工作中的积极作用。“以物资计划管理为中心,市场询价为主导,财务职能控制为辅”进行物资采购管理无论从理论上还是在实践中都是非常可行,而行之有效的管理途径。
