根据电力部水电总局安排的科研项目,风滩水电站大坝泄洪原型观测于1981年6月11日至6月15日进行。湖南省凤滩工程建设指挥部(包括省机电局二处)、湖南省凤滩水电厂、电力部中南勘测设计院、浙江大学、长办等单位,近百人参加了观测。风滩水电站最大坝高112.5米,系空腹重力拱坝,坝内式厂房。洪水量大,设计洪水(千年一遇)大坝下泄流量26,000米~3/秒,加以拱坝径向集中,使宜泄洪水成为关系大坝安全的重大问题。在凤滩工程设计中,采用高低鼻坎挑流方式,借水流空中上下对冲消刹部分能量,减轻下游河床冲刷。模型试验已证明其效果较为显著。为
According to scientific research projects arranged by the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Administration, prototype observation of dam flood discharging at Fengtan Hydropower Station was conducted from June 11, 1981 to June 15, 1981.
