当前,我国经济发展的转型期,国际经济形势风云变幻莫测,国内产业结构急需调整,中小企业的发展面临着经营成本提高,市场环境恶化等诸多挑战。其中最突出的就是企业如何有效融资的问题,这已经成为阻碍中小企业健康持续发展的重要原因。本文通过剖析目前企业融资方面的现状,寻找融资难的缘由,并给出对策,为我国中小企业融资方面提供一些有价值的创议,对改善中小企业金融服务体系做出进一步探究,进而促进其稳步健康发展。 At present, in the transitional period of China’s economic development, the international economic situation is unpredictable and the domestic industrial structure needs to be adjusted urgently. The development of SMEs faces many challenges such as the increase of operating costs and the deterioration of the market environment. One of the most prominent is how to effectively finance the issue of enterprises, which has become an obstacle to the healthy and sustainable development of small and medium enterprises an important reason. By analyzing the current situation of corporate finance, this paper aims to find out the reasons for the financing difficulties and gives some countermeasures. It also provides some valuable suggestions for the financing of SMEs in our country and makes further exploration on improving the financial service system of SMEs, healthy growth.
