目的 探讨白血病抑制因子 (LIF)在蜕膜组织中的表达 ,及其与早期妊娠、流产的关系。 方法 采用放射免疫方法检测正常早孕妇女 (正常早孕组 )、先兆流产妇女 (先兆流产组 )及难免流产妇女 (难免流产组 )的血清孕酮及人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)水平 ,并采用逆转录 聚合酶链反应(RT PCR)技术对 3组孕妇蜕膜组织中LIF mRNA的表达进行定量分析。结果 (1)孕酮及hCG水平在 3组孕妇间的比较 :正常早孕组孕妇血清中孕酮、hCG水平分别为 (91 5± 2 7 2 )nmol/L、(6 9 9±14 9)kU/L ,先兆流产组孕妇分别为 (88 4± 2 4 7)nmol/L、(5 7 6± 11 2 )kU/L ,两组孕妇血清孕酮、hCG水平比较 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而难免流产组孕妇血清孕酮、hCG水平分别为 (33 1± 19 6 )nmol/L、(10 3± 3 2 )kU/L ,与前两组分别两两比较 ,差异均有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )LIF mRNA平均相对含量在 3组孕妇间的比较 :正常早孕组孕妇为 2 10± 0 32 ;先兆流产组孕妇为 1 92± 0 2 0 ;难免流产组孕妇为 0 70± 0 0 6。正常早孕组与先兆流产组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。而难免流产组与前两组分别行两两比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 LIF mRNA在早期妊娠蜕膜组织中的表达量降低 ,可能是导致hCG?
Objective To investigate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in decidua and its relationship with early pregnancy and miscarriage. Methods Serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) levels in normal pregnant women (normal early pregnant group), threatened abortion women (threatened abortion group) and unavoidable abortion women (inevitable abortion group) were detected by radioimmunoassay Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) technique was used to quantitatively analyze the expression of LIF mRNA in decidua of three groups of pregnant women. Results (1) Comparison of progesterone and hCG levels in three groups of pregnant women: The levels of serum progesterone and hCG in normal pregnant women were (91 5 ± 272) nmol / L, (69 9 ± 14 9) kU / L and (88 4 ± 2 47) nmol / L and (57 7 ± 11 2) kU / L respectively in the threatened abortion group. There was no significant difference in serum progesterone and hCG levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of serum progesterone and hCG in pregnant women with unavoidable abortion group were (33 1 ± 19 6) nmol / L and (10 3 ± 3 2) kU / L, respectively, The difference was significant (P <0.01). (2) The average relative content of LIF mRNA in the three groups of pregnant women compared: normal pregnancy group pregnant women was 210 ± 0 32; threatened abortion group pregnant women was 92 ± 0 2 0; inevitable abortion group pregnant women 0 70 ± 0 0 6 . There was no significant difference between normal pregnancy group and threatened abortion group (P> 0.05). The unavoidable abortion group and the first two groups were compared with each other, the difference was significant (P <0 05). Conclusion The expression of LIF mRNA in early pregnancy decidual tissue decreased, which may lead to hCG?
