苯乙酸是一种重要的有机化工原料,具有羧基、亚甲基氢和苯环的典型反应,能够生成许多有用的中间体,在医药、农药、香料等行业都有广泛的应用。对苯乙酸合成工艺中涉及到的液碱浓度、中和温度、脱色温度、酸化终点的pH值4种因素做了优化对比分析,验证其对苯乙酸产品液相品质的影响。
Phenylacetic acid is an important organic chemical raw material. It has the typical reaction of carboxyl, methylene hydrogen and benzene ring and can generate many useful intermediates. It is widely used in the fields of medicine, pesticide and perfumery. The four factors involved in the synthesis of phenylacetic acid, such as the concentration of caustic soda, the neutralization temperature, the decolorization temperature and the pH value of the acidification end point, were optimized and compared to verify the influence of liquid phase quality on the phenylacetic acid product.
